Starting October 5th, the final installment of the $350 million Fund is being released by the federal government to CFC, the Canadian Red Cross and United Way Centraide Canada so that we can continue to flow support to charities and non-profit organizations serving our most vulnerable. CFC and participating community foundations are now accepting applications.

Thompson Community Foundation (TCF) is proud to have partnered with the Community Foundations of Canada and the Government of Canada to deliver the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund (ECSF).
Launched on May 19, 2020, we’ve invested $40,000.00 through the ESCF towards local charities and qualified donees supporting populations experiencing heightened vulnerability during this crisis. We are pleased to announce the ECSF has supported projects including:
